He received his M.D. from University National Autonomous of Nicaragua
He trained at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Dr Fonseca enjoy practicing patient centered medicine, with an emphasys on the doctor and the patient working together to improve health and wellbeing.

His eleven years of experience in Family Medicine included tretment of acute and chronic medical conditions in all age groups, in inpatient, urgent care and office base settings.
